Floor 12 - En-suite double room - Central Line

IMPORTANT: Rent: deposit: 993; rent: 1150, but must be paid 6 months upfront as per the letting contract, coming to: 6900. Total Upfront: 7893, to be paid upon move-in. [I have to do the same, I know, but it's rough for students, especially internatial ones]

Flat: Floor 12 in apartment complex, 3 min. walk to central line, various bus lines 3-5 mins walk away, gym is 3/4 mins walk, Sainsbury & Tesco express stores right next to each other, Tian Tian market 4 min walk away.

Domino's, Papa John's, Subway, and McDonald's all within a 3-5 min walk (for those days you just don't feel like cooking!).

Room: Ensuite. Furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables and a dresser, along with a built in wardrobe [see pics]. The room will be cleaned with a fresh coat of paint before move in, the pics don't really do it justice.

Me: I'm a PhD student with 6 months remaining, and my lovely flatmate is moving onto the next chapter of her life. I'd like to remain in this comfy home I've created so as to finish my studies without the stress of moving.

You: Preferably a student to avoid council taxes, but I'm not too fussed - This flat is Council Tax Band E [it would be discounted for the tenant as I'm a student].

The max term is 6 months, after you can decide if you'd like to do the same as me and post an ad looking for a flatmate!

Extra Info:
- I don't mind the cleanliness of your room, but on Sunday's is when the common areas are regularly cleaned (hoovering/mopping/wiping down the glass tables & kitchen counters etc}
-I'm American, I like to host a Thanksgiving with friends [feel free to bring yours, I love meeting new people], or planning events, like ice skating with the group, or a halloween forest walk followed by a movie night, or high-tea on the weekend. Just little events, maybe once a month.
