Hi, unfortunately my flatmate is moving out to return home, leaving me looking for a new flatmate ASAP.
You'll take his spacious double room with an en-suite and balcony.
We have gigabit internet (included in the rent) as well as a massive TV in the living room with SkyTV, Netflix etc. which you're free to use.
The rent also includes the water bill. The only utilities left to pay are council tax (band E) and electricity, which we can split at the end of each month.
Looking for someone to move in ASAP so I'm flexible with how long you want to stay, will consider commitments of 1 month or greater.
