Landlord provide weekly cleaner to clean the public area in the house.   The house is  5 mins walk to North Acton Station (zone 2/3 central line), 20mins you are at Oxford Street) or 5 mins walk to Acton Main Line station on Elizabeth Line (15 mins to Lodnon Paddington). Local buses to Hammersmith, Willsden Green,   Tesco express just outside North Acton station, 24 hours ASDA just over 10 minutes walk. 5 mins walk to local Gym,  takeaways, newsagent, pharmacy, GP and dentist.  

Free  virgin wireless internet provided by landlord. Parking space in front of the house on first come first service basis or £70 a year parking permit to park in the street in front of the house.  

£500 deposit and one month rent in advance. £900 per month inclusive everything except washing machine and drier are coin operated which cost £2 per wash and £1 per half an hour drying time.
