Heyyy girls! Myself and my lovely flatmate Shannon are looking for someone to join us in our gorgeous 3 bed new build! 🥰 The flat is located on the central line at North Acton station (literally a 1 min walk) and only a 19min tube ride to Oxford Circus, so it’s very well connected!

A bit about us ✨

You will be living with myself & Shannon who met through spare room a year ago! We’re in our mid 20s looking for a lovely, clean, sociable girl to join us. Shannon works as Beauty/business marketing manager & I work in advertising, & am from Ireland! We both enjoy girly chill nights in front of the telly, getting glam, bottomless brunches, a cheeky glass of wine, & also respect each others “me” time. We both would loveee to find a good friend not just a flatmate! 😊

About the flat 🏠

The flat itself is gorgeous, it’s so modern! It has gorgeous communal rooftops with incredible views, and we have our own balcony we love to chill on in the summertime! Our apartment complex also has a gym, yoga studio & garden. You can Google ‘one west point’ to find out more 🥰 The flat is completely furnished with pots/pans/bedding etc so it’s ready to move in✨ the only thing we would ask is that you bring a desk if you will be working from home, as we like to have our own spaces in our room so that living room area is kept a chill zone 🤍

The room on offer is the smaller room in the floor plan for £895 (not including bills). The council tax band is Ealing. As one of the other rooms is an en-suite, you will only have to share the main bathroom with me which is a plus!
