Room:

It is a bright and sunny double room with a floor to ceiling window, closet and direct access to the balcony. The room is big enough to fit a large desk if you wfh. You would also have a personal bathroom with a tub.

The room is in a 2 bed flat, shared with a very sweet female flatmate.

Utilities:

Approximately £150, depending on use.

Transport:

Commuting is easy as the flat is close to Central line, as well as Overground and Bakerloo lines. Both are approximately 15 mins away. There are also bus stops 5 minutes away from the flat.

Flat:

The flat comes with a dishwasher and washer/dryer. It is a new building, has a concierge and three lifts.

People are nice, there is a group-chat for the building and another for surrounding buildings where people give away/sell furniture, books etc. for very reasonable prices.

Groceries and Shopping:

There is a Simply Fresh 3 minutes walk away from the flat literally down the road, and a Tesco and Sainsbury's about 15 minute walk away. There is also a Morrisons, Lidl and Asda a few stops away by bus.

The Westfield in White City is three stations away on the central line and there is also a bus that will take you there.

Flatmate:

Your flatmate, Deya, is very sweet and works as a software engineer in central London. She is super respectful of boundaries and is a joy to be around.

She dog-sits an adorable cockapoo 2-3 days a week. The dog is small, quiet, house trained and very shy of strangers. She does not shed any fur.
