Hi, i’m looking for a female to replace me and take over the tenancy (currently until July 2026 but option to extend beyond this). The flat is a really spacious 2bed and 2 bath with a large kitchen/living area and terrace. it’s in a lovely development area which has a concierge, rooftop garden, coffee shop and mini supermarket. the flat is located in NW10 and is only a 10/15 minute walk away from the central / bakerloo lines and only takes me 20 minutes to get into central london which is so convenient! you will be sharing with 1 female who is really friendly!
The rent is £1200/month all bills included.
Council tax band D
Deposit is 4 weeks rent
