One Room In a Modern Apartment

Hi! If you’re looking to move into a flat share and wanted to share a bit about the place.

It’s a modern new-build apartment in W3 with two small rooms available. The flat is around 85m² — 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms — and finished to a really high standard. There’s a big open-plan kitchen/living/dining area, plus a washer/dryer, dishwasher and floor-to-ceiling double-glazed windows. The building also has great perks like an on-site gym, concierge, parcel room and terraces.

Location-wise, it’s about a 2-minute walk from North Acton Station (Central Line) and around 8 minutes from Acton Main Line (Elizabeth Line). The bathroom would be shared with one other person. The rooms are available from the 1st of December.

One of the current flatmates is a senior structural engineer who works from the office 4–5 days a week. He’s very clean and respectful, enjoys a chat over coffee, watching movies, playing games and going out occasionally but isn’t a party person. He goes to the gym a few times a week and plays volleyball twice weekly. He’s quite introverted and values alone time.

I’m a full-time barista, 20 years old, and looking for a like-minded person who’s tidy and respectful.
