Room in North Acton available

Hey lovely people! 👋

Our flatmate is sadly moving out with her boyfriend so she won’t be renewing the lease, so we're on the hunt for someone fab to join us from 9th December. Ideally, you’re available to jump into the lease ASAP!

👩‍💻A bit about the flat: we have a cosy room up for grabs in our 3-bedroom spot in North Acton. It’s fully furnished with a double bed, two chests of drawers, a bedside table, and a decent-sized wardrobe.

🛒Only a 4-minute stroll to the station! The area’s super convenient too, with Tesco Express and Sainsbury’s Local just 4 minutes away, Asda 12 minutes away, and a Lidl and Morrisons within a 25-minute walk.

👯‍♀️ 👩‍💻 You’d be sharing with us—Jimena (24) and Maddie (30) we work in marketing and fashion splitting time between the office and working from home.

📝The room is best suited for someone who doesn’t WFH, as there isn’t space for a desk. We’re looking for someone clean and tidy 🧼, with a similar schedule and quieter vibe. 🧘🏼‍♀️You’d be sharing a bathroom with myself only.

💸 Rent is £790, with bills around £150/month, and we have a no-deposit scheme. Move-in date is 9th December, and we need someone ready to commit and sign the contract ASAP!

The agency will be doing a check so please only get in touch if you can provide the following:

- proof of rent in the U. K. which will be a share code
- proof of previous address for the past three months
- bank statements for the past three months
- if you pass the check you’ll then sign the contract and start the lease with us from the 9th.
