£850 a month 3 bed 2 bath (Plus bills)

We have a double room available in our current house share from the 8th of June. The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and a clothing rail, the desk in the room can be removed. Huge amount of communal space.

The house has a big living room with lots of storage, a shared bathroom with a bath and separate shower, downstairs toilet and a large kitchen/dining room which is currently used as a WFH space 3 days a week. There is a paved garden which is often used for BBQs in the summer, as if there wasn't enough storage indoors/attic there's also a garden shed and on street parking is available.



We are a queer friendly household with a Welsh Collie 50% of the time so we are looking for someone comfortable with pets.


The current housemates are Steph & Ryhan with Joe leaving to be closer to work. We love reading and watching terrible tv shows together and all of the sports (on Sky). We’re quite a social household, we love to spend time together in the living room, either watching tv or doing puzzles or tasting Steph’s weekly bake off bakes. However, we also know when to give each other space., Steph works in student recruitment as did Ryhan. Layla is 2.5 year old Welsh collie who loves meeting new people and going to the pub but only lives here half the time. She will be your best friend if you let her.

With roses, daffodils and cherry blossoms trees about its a nice break from the grey drab of other parts of London. The residential streets a closed loop so no one really passes through and there's a friendly road whatsapp chat. Occasionally kids playing in the street, it’s the safest place I’ve lived in London by a mile. There’s a womens only gym less than a 5 min walk away.

The monthly rent is £850 which doesn't include bills that are at the higher end this time of year but with a council tax increase expected and some a sky bundle it could come to as much as £185 (hopefully generally lower).
Couples are welcome, but the rent will be adjusted to £750 per person.
