Spacious Room available in a friendly home

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely, well-kept home. The room is a very spacious with tall ceilings, great natural light, and a beautiful layout that’s easy to customise to suit your style. You’ll also enjoy sunrise and quiet serenic street views, making it a really special space.

The house is shared by 4 flatmates we are all in our mid to late 20’s (2 female, 2 male – 1 student, 3 professionals). We’re friendly, respectful, and get along well we occasionally play PS5, cook, bake, or have dinner together, but everyone values their own space. We’re looking for someone who’s socially friendly but independent, and who enjoys a calm, tidy home. No party people or raving in the house, please.

The house is very clean and well maintained, with a weekly cleaner. We also collect £10 per month to cover shared household supplies (toilet roll, soap, bin bags, cleaning products, etc.).

10-100 steps walk to supermarkets, 10min to gyms and parks, 2min-15min walk to restaurants, and local pubs.
