**Two Furnished Rooms Available in North Acton / Acton Main Line**

The rooms are available individually, so you are very welcome to get in touch even if you are only interested in one of them.

The flat has just been fully renovated and we're looking for students looking for moving in July/August (the sooner the better).

The flat has:
- 4 bedrooms (not three as shown somehow somewhere in this page)
- 2 bathrooms
- 1 kitchen with washing mashine, fridge and hoven
- some additional storage at the second floor

The flat is split over two floors (more photos and a video is available). On the upper floor, there is one bedroom (already taken, so not available), one bathroom, and a fairly large kitchen, where it is possible to add a dining table (not included). There is also a second bathroom with a shower and toilet on the landing between the two floors (not included in the photos since the renovation is ending in these days and it is not completed yet, in-person viewings are welcome). On the lower floor, there are three bedrooms.

The prices shown are negotiable, the whole flat is £3000 and the final rent for each room can be discussed depending on the room and everyone’s preferences. The rooms are broadly similar, although some are slightly larger than others so I guess you can expect £730-£740 for the available bedrooms.

Bills are excluded.

At the moment, we are still living downstairs in the bedrooms shown in the photos and we're ready to move upstairs as soon as we find at least 1 person interested. The bedrooms are all double, come with a bed and a wardrobe, and there's enogh room to place a desk.

The flat is in a very convenient location: around 5 minutes’ walk from Acton Main Line station, 15 minutes’ walk from North Acton station, and about 3–5 minutes from local supermarkets, shops, and the post office.

We are looking for students only, in order to keep the household exempt from council tax. The flat would suit someone tidy, respectful, and easy to live with, ideally looking for a calm and friendly home environment.
