My roommate is looking to move out so I am just looking for a chill person to take her place! I am a chill guy which lives a quiet life, so it's a quiet environment.
The flat is on the 24th floor and is west facing.
Flat is 2 minutes walk from North Acton Station on the Central Line and 10 minutes walk from Acton Main Line which is an Elizabeth Line Station.
The building has a really nice gym for residents only, I believe there's an additional one off payment of £60 for the induction. There is a communal area for all residents which can be used.
We will be splitting the rent and bills 50/50 so roughly that would be 1200 + ~200. We have not had a rent increase for more than 12 months so that could be incoming.
I have a Scottish Fold cat which is an extreme introvert and will not bother you at all.
