The rooms are available individually, so you are very welcome to get in touch even if you are only interested in one of them.
The flat has just been fully renovated, and we are looking for people who can move in from July/August — the sooner, the better. We are ideally looking for students, in order to keep the household exempt from council tax. Working professionals may also be considered, provided they are happy to cover the council tax themselves.
The flat has:
* 4 bedrooms
* 2 bathrooms
* 1 kitchen with a washing machine, fridge, and oven
* some additional storage space on the upper floor
The flat is split over two floors. More photos and a video are available upon request — just message me, as I cannot paste the Google Drive folder link here.
On the upper floor, there is one bedroom, which is already taken and therefore not available, one bathroom, and a fairly large kitchen where it would be possible to add a dining table, although this is not currently included. There is also a second bathroom with a shower and toilet on the landing between the two floors. This is not shown in the photos yet, as the renovation is still being completed.
In-person and online viewings are very welcome.
On the lower floor, there are three double bedrooms. The rooms come with a bed and a wardrobe, and there is enough space to add a desk.
The prices shown are slightly negotiable. Bills are not included.
The flat is in a very convenient location: around 5 minutes’ walk from Acton Main Line station, 15 minutes’ walk from North Acton station, and about 3–5 minutes from local supermarkets, shops, and the post office.
The flat would suit someone tidy, respectful, and easy to live with, ideally looking for a calm and friendly home environment.
Having a guarantor is strongly preferred, but not required.
