Double Room With Private Bathroom

Looking to fill a double room in the flat I’m in as my current flatmate is leaving.

The flat is a new build, has a spacious balcony and all windows open into Juliet balconies, including in the bedrooms. Sunset is beautifully visible in the entire flat, faces NW towards Wembley with a nice view.

Local station is North Acton on central line, right by the building, and is also night tube. A ten minute walk away is Acton Mainline for the Elizabeth line. A 25 minute walk away are the overground and Bakerloo lines at Willesden Junction. Multiple bus routes as well.

We have a small Tesco and Sainsbury’s right under us, an ASDA ten minutes away, a Lidl 20/25 mins away and a Morrisons 20/25 minutes away. Take out nearby options are Papajohns, Dominoes, Subway, local chicken shop etc. An award winning chippy is a five minute walk away.

The room is spacious and has a double wardrobe built in. Other than this, is it unfurnished. The bathroom is not en suite but my room is, so the main bathroom is for your use only.

Bills amount to around 210 per month on top of rent.

I am LGBTQIA+ and am ideally looking for another queer person but all applications are welcome! I adore animals but don’t have any of my own. Dog and cat owners please do apply! I will love your fur baby, I promise! I’m a big movie fan and enjoy socialising in the evenings but happy to keep to myself as well at times.

I have a fair bit of furniture but the sofa will be leaving with the flatmate, so happy to discuss buying a new one.
