I'm a 26-year-old finance professional looking for a clean, friendly female flatmate to rent a double bedroom in my spacious 2-bed apartment. The bedroom also comes with its own private bathroom.

The apartment is on the 12th floor and has a spacious open-plan kitchen and living room with a balcony. The bedroom also comes with its own private bathroom, located directly off the bedroom, while I have my own en-suite - so you won't need to share a bathroom.

All bills are included in the rent. I am open to short-term lets.
The location is fantastic - North Acton station is just a 30-second walk away, with the Central line and excellent connections into Central London.
Acton Main Line station is just a 10 minute walk, offering Elizabeth Line access.
Tesco, Sainsbury's, Costa, Domino's, Papa Johns, Subway and Asian convenience stores are all within a minute's walk.
