Double room in gorgeous house with garden!!!

Double Room in beautiful house with big garden and patio with two conservatories - close to Brixton/Herne Hill - £1000 plus bills

Myself and my friend are currently looking for a third person to join our house share while our friend is away travelling from the first week of September (initially 6 months however this could extend as they have said they may look to not come back!)

The property itself is semi detached and boasts a large front gated garden with a drive and garage as well as a back patio so lots of outdoor space - I’ve been in london 15 years and it’s defo the best out of any property I’ve been in or seen so this is a huge selling point (if the British weather holds out of course). It has a great open plan lounge and dining room as well as a modern kitchen and 2 small conservatories so really is a great space! There are 3 double bedrooms and you will have one of those. It comes with bed and built in wardrobe.

The house is close to Herne Hill, Brixton and Dulwich so is a great location with transport links including train, tube and bus routes and there are lots of parks around including the popular Brockwell Park down the road and also Brixton Lido for those hot days when you want to sit outside by a pool and forget you’re in London! There are lots of shops and great places to eat and pubs locally.

You will be living with me and also a friend of mine, we are one female and one male so open to either and we are both mid 30s. We are both social and one of us works in Events and the other is in Sales. We enjoy good food and music but both work hard in the week as we are fairly career focussed with the weekends spent either chilling or going to an interesting event/cooking a roast/heading to the pub or the gym (bit of a contrast generally see how we feel!)

We are looking for someone to move in from the 7th of October and looking to do a virtual viewing ideally and meet over video initially but can do face to faces in a couple of weeks, msg me if you have any questions at all! Thanks in advance.
