VIRTUAL VIEWINGS FIRST - This is super quick (15 minutes at most) via zoom where we show you a 3D tour of the property. This gives a really good feel for the space and quality of the place and also gives you an opportunity to ask any questions, such as about the other housemates.

IN PERSON VIEWINGS - After the virtual viewing we can arrange an in person viewing/FaceTime viewing (if you're unable to see it in person).

The room is priced at £950pcm excluding fixed bills of £100pcm so you'd be paying a total of £1050pcm each month even in the winter.

On top of that, there is one time payment of £150 for a council tax contribution.

The room is nice, bright and quiet. It comes furnished with a comfy double ottoman bed (which has a lot of storage underneath), two besides and TWO mirrored wardrobes which benefit from both hanging space and shelvings space. There is also a sink in the room which is great for brushing your teeth and freshening up in the morning and also there's still space to bring your own desk to put in the bay window. This makes it ideal for someone who works from home.

House:

The house was completely refurbished in the beginning of 2021 and has lots of living space comprising a separate lounge, dining area and kitchen as well as good facilities, a gorgeous bathroom and separate toilet (share only with 3 others, as the other rooms have their own bathrooms) and a well equipped kitchen. There is a good amount of outdoor space which is nice in the summer to relax in or even catch up on work and get some sun in at the same time.

We have supplied 350Mbps business broadband from VirginMedia and made sure that there is superior wifi signal throughout the house by installing a second router in the 1st floor hall way so everyone can enjoy Netflix, YouTube or working at the same time which is crucial if people are working from home. We can also supply wired broadband to your room if required (there will be a labour charge for this).

North Ealing is a lovely area, it’s nice and friendly area, with a cute local pub and coffee shop a 5 minute walk away, Ealing Common is also nearby so you have some nice green space to go for walk in and there's also the benefit of living still within walking distance to Ealing Broadway which has more mainstream shops and restaurants.

Internet and working from home (WFH)

We have a WiFi/Internet signal commitment. If your room suffers from poor signal we will install additional access points (repeaters/routers) until you are able to achieve a good signal. If you are a software developer that needs a hard wired line we can run a Cat6 cable into your room (subject to a fee).

The house has 3 single occupants (in the ensuite rooms) and 3 other single occupants in the other rooms so a total of 6 other housemates. Our housemates will be like you, polite, friendly professionals that are working or looking for new jobs in the best city of all.
