The house is just three minutes walk to North Ealing tube (piccadilly line, zone 3) and 9 minutes walk to Ealing Broadway (Central, District, Rail zone 3). There are several shops and restaurants as well as a cafe and dry cleaners, also 3 minutes walk away.
One person lives in the flat and one other person is there some of the time only so it's a quiet flat.
There's no smoking in the house but there is a sheltered smokers' corner outside.
On-site parking is available.
