Two double rooms to let in North Finchley

I and one of my flat mates are sadly leaving our quiet flat in March and need someone to take over our rooms! The flat is in a great location with good bus links (right at the end of our road!) and a 10-15 minute walk from Woodside Park (Northern Line).

The larger room is £547 + bills and is light and spacious, and comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe and bedside table. My room is slightly smaller at £447 + bills and is a great price for a medium sized room. Both come furnished with a double bed and wardrobe.

There are currently 2 cats at the property however one will be leaving (as she's mine) and one staying. The cat who's staying is extremely friendly and very sweet.

Please note that the flat is also going to be renovated quite soon to have floorboards throughout instead of carpets and the walls are being whitewashed. The sofa bed in the living room will also be being removed and a sofa put in to make it more comfortable.

The landlord is great at getting furniture for you should you request it as well if the rooms aren’t quite how you’d like them!
