Quiet Double Bedroom in North Finchley

Hi! We have a spare room available in our three-person flat-share in N12, to share with Tom, 40, a music distributor, and Ilka, 63, an animal engineer. Your room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. The room would suit somebody with normal working hours as there is minimal noise after 10pm rule (as the elderly landlord and his wife live downstairs). Also though, it would suit someone who needs to work from home, as it's a nice place to work. There is free parking on the street outside and Tesco, Sainsbury's and Aldi are down the road. It is a quiet and clean flat and we expect our new house-mate to be the same!
