Hi guys,

We have 1 available room in the flat! An amazing big double bedroom including all bills with its own private walk-in shower room in North Finchley! The double bedroom sharing the main bathroom with the other double room is currently taken.

The flat is very bright and has been recently fully renovated in 2021 (floor, wall painting, bathrooms, kitchen). The flat has 3 double bedrooms in total, a huge open plan living room along with a brand new modern kitchen and we will be only 3 of us in total.

The flat is very warm on the private 6th floor (there is a lift with exclusive access to the 6th floor) and is located in a great location (N12) in a safe area. It is also next to a retail park with cinema, restaurants and a gym with swimming pool. So, if you fancy a swim during your lunch break that’s your place.

The area is well connected with buses (Bus no. 263 and 112) and with an easy access to A406 North Circular Road. There is also a night bus from central London (N271).

East Finchley tube station (zone 3) is the best option on the northern line to get to West End and takes only 18’-20’ to get to Tottenham Court Road and Leicester Square stations. Bus no. 13 is also 24/7 and about 10’ walk to North Finchley Bus Station.

The development offers private parking space for one of the rooms, so if you have a car, parking is also available for you downstairs with a right to park in courtyard.

We are looking for clean, tidy, sociable and easy-going flatmates to live with and also not be strangers!
