Hello!
We are a friendly, laid back flat who would love a likeminded individual to be a part of the home.
The double room is very large with tall ceilings, a huge tv, bed, double fridge and wardrobe provided. It gets plenty of light in the morning and has two large windows.
The flat is based on the high road in a very nice neighbourhood. We have a Sainsburys and Aldi within 1-5min walking distance and many cafes and restaurants.
It takes about 30 minutes door to door to reach Euston, and 35 minutes to Kings across. I work in the City 3x a week and that usually takes me 1 hour door to door.
There is a PureGym a 7 minute walk away, and a David Lloyds and other leisure centre a 20 minute walk away.
We would love to have a friendly, clean and social person (who also is comfortable with their own space and giving space to others) to join the flat. We are two friends and professionals who enjoy cooking and a Friday night dinner together every now and then but also both have our own social lives. It is important to us to have a peaceful space that feels like a home, that we can retreat to after busy days and enjoy being in this space.
