Monday to Friday let only. My name is Dee and I live in North Finchley, The property itself is a converted Edwardian flat on a quiet leafy street where there are no parking restrictions. There is a spacious living room, kitchen, and modern bathroom. I own and live in the flat along with my three cats. I am a vegetarian, and a nonsmoker and I work in education. The room is a small single about 8.5 feet by 7.3 feet, it has a daybed and some storage (box room size). There is direct access to the room from the side entrance to the property. I am looking for a quiet professional who only needs a base for a Monday to Friday let.
The location of the property is between Finchley Central, East Finchley, and North Finchley.. The transport links are excellent, with easy access to buses and West Finchley Tube station less than a 10-minute walk away (Northern Line). The A406 is close by and the M1 motorway junction 2 is about a 15-minute drive, which gives easy access to the M25 and other routes. Shops and amenities are within easy reach with supermarkets, cinemas, restaurants, the gym etc.
