My name is Dee and I live in North Finchley and I have a small single room to let. The property is a converted Edwardian flat on a quiet leafy street with no parking restrictions. There is a spacious living room, kitchen, and modern bathroom. I own and live in the flat along with my three cats. I am a vegetarian, and a nonsmoker and I work in education. I am a quiet individual and I am looking for a like-minded flatmate.

The room is a small single about 8.5 feet by 7.3 feet, it has a daybed and some storage (box room size). There is direct access to the room from the side entrance to the property.

The location of the property is between Finchley Central, East Finchley, and North Finchley.. The transport links are excellent, with easy access to buses and West Finchley Tube station less than a 10-minute walk away (Northern Line). The A406 is close by and the M1 motorway junction 2 is about a 15-minute drive, which gives easy access to the M25 and other routes. Shops and amenities are within easy reach with supermarkets, cinemas, restaurants, cafes, green spaces, the gym etc.
