House is on a small residential street within walking distance of Finchley High Street, Victoria park, gym, restaurants and cafes.
Free un restricted parking all around.

Rent is £825pcm plus bills approx £150 extra. Contract ends in March however the landlord (private) is happy to start a new 12 months contract from time of moving in. Deposit will be required as Landlord works through Open Rent. The landlord has also requested that the tenant provides a guarantor upon signing.
