Large double bedroom on the first floor overlooking the back garden in a quiet tree lined street. Available from 19/01/2025.
£500/months bills not included. Approx £170/months (review every budget term)
Bills included.: council tax, electricity, gas, TV licence, broadband. The water bill comes every 6 months and is divided by 3.
4 min walk to the main high street where all facilities can be found including Sainsburys (5 mins) and Aldi (10 mins), as well as a couple of pubs and many restaurants and cafés.
10 mins walk to Woodside park tube station (Northern line).
1 minute walk to Finchley Park bus stop (263 & 125)
10 minutes walk to North Finchley bus station (13, 263, 460, 125, 221, SL10 and SL12 (not sure about the latter)
Kitchen, Garden, living room and washing machine to be shared
The other housemate never cooks and has his own bathroom on the second floor, so only one person ( myself, the advertiser) to share the bathroom on the first floor.
The common parts are kept neat, not clinical, but neat and tidy and we have a weekend cleaning rota (vacuum staircase and surfaces)
I am French and the man upstairs is Argentinian
He doesn't smoke, but I do (only in the back or front garden). The house is a non-smoking household.
There's also a cat living in the house.
We are fairly quiet and quite considerate to other's peacefulness and space.
Preferably looking for for a professional who doesn't work from home 24/7.
