Generally a very tidy household, looking for someone who is also very relaxed and easy going, preference for someone who is quiet as it is not a party household. Room is available on the 1st of February. Shared kitchen. Bills roughly come up to around 200 a month. Great amenities right on your door step and a very easy going landlord who sorts out any issues very promptly. Viewings will coincide with meeting the current flatmates as we want to ensure they are comfortable with whoever comes in.
