Double room to rent in a 2 bed flat.

I’m looking for a new housemate to take over a double room in our spacious 2 bed flat as my current housemate is (sadly) moving back to Australia. The current tenancy runs to the end of February and I would be looking for someone who then wants to sign on for another year! The move in date is flexible, so give me a message if you need a couple weeks leeway. It’s a private landlord and the rent is split equally between the two tenants with bills on top coming to around £150 though this may increase closer to £200 in line with price rises. We’re about a 10 minute walk from the northern line from Woodside Park and have a number of shops between 15-30 minutes walk/ 5-10 minutes bus away. There’s also plenty of cafes and pubs about and a puregym in North Finchley as well as a leisure centre a little bit further at Finchley Lido.

A little about me, I’m a 28 year old performer currently working as a teacher as well as front of house at a theatre venue. I like to cook, go to the gym/pilates/dance classes, and love a tv competition show (bake off lovers welcome!). I’ve lived in this flat for 3 years now and see it as home. I would really love to find someone who is clean and tidy, up for a movie night and dinner/glass of wine but also happy to do our own thing.
