* 25 mins walk to New Southgate station (National Rail)
* Fast access to the A406 and M1 for road links

You’ll be sharing with me (33) – a friendly, easy-going software engineer who’s into fitness, cycling, running, hiking, badminton, and skiing. I'm sociable, tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and looking for someone easygoing to share the place with.
Move-in Date:
Flexible – but ASAP.
Rent:
£1200 per month plus 50% of bills for a single flat sharer.
£1400 per month plus 66% of bills for a couple flat sharing.
Council Tax Band F (currently under appeal as believed too high)
