I’m moving to Dublin for work, so looking for someone to take my place and join my current flatmate, **Matt**, in this relaxed and welcoming home.

Located in a beautifully refurbished house on **Friern Park**, this is **Flat 2** – one of four **recent, high-quality conversions** completed in 2025. We were the **first occupants** in August 2025. The flat is generously sized, tastefully finished, and full of natural light. It’s modern, clean, and ideal for professionals looking for a bit of space and comfort.

You’ll be sharing with **Matt (32)** – a friendly, easy-going software engineer who’s into **fitness, cycling, running, hiking, badminton**, and **skiing**. He’s sociable, tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and looking for someone similar to share the place with.

Flexible – ideally early December but can be slightly earlier or later to suit.
