Looking for a flatmate

Hello person reading this advert. I am currently looking for a flatmate in North London. I am a 27 year old woman with a 9 year old, well behaved cat named Loki. I work supporting homeless people and I am very passionate about my job and helping others. I like to stay at home and read or play video games and occasionally I like a drink in a pub.
I am looking for someone who is tidy and respectful. Hopefully good at communication and cares about others. Having similar hobbies would be nice but is not a must. The rest of the house is furnished (the furniture belongs to me) however the bedroom itself you will need to find furnishings for.
My cat is used to living with other pets (cats and dogs) and will likely enjoy a company of another furry friend.
The building complex is filled with friendly and helpful neighbours. There is an outside green area that is shared by all neighbours. A garage in which I am currently storing my belongings but I can easily make space for a car. LGBTQI+ is very welcome. I also have a chaotic work schedule so often you will have a weekend in a flat to yourself. I am looking forward to hearing from all interested parties.
