It is a purpose built flat located between East and North Finchley. East Finchley or Finchley Central underground station is a mile away. A bus stop is outside the flat to the station. It will reach Central London, Colindale 20 minutes, Ealing 40mins and reach city in 25 minutes. Off street parking or residential parking £60 per year. The room is suitable for either student or a professional person.

The rent is set for one person only.
The rent is all inclusive and free Wi-Fi access.

It is easy access to local gym, shops and restaurants.

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay. This will be the one because you will be only sharing the flat with me and my friendly chocolate Labrador. I expect someone to be a dog friendly person. I look forward to hearing from you.
