I am really sad to be leaving this amazing house.
It is a good size double room in a semi-detached house with a lovely garden available from now onwards for a full time professional.
It is just a few minutes walk from North Finchley High St. and it is equal walking distance (10-15 minutes) to Woodside Park or West Finchley tube. Finchley bus station is around the corner with lots of connection to Golders Green, Brent Cross etc.

The house is located just a few minutes walk from many local amenities and restaurants including Indian, Thai, Turkish, Chinese, Persian, and Mediterranean options. There are many local bakeries, coffee shops (both chain and local), and a lovely tea house.
5 minutes walk from Victoria Park, nice for picnics and enjoying the summer months. There is a 24 hour gym and a giant arts depot a few minutes walk away, where there are lots of plays, cultural activities, and exercise classes. Several local pubs with different atmospheres, some have local game/trivia nights. Grocery stores include Aldi (2 minutes walk), Waitrose (5 minutes), Tesco (5 minutes), and Sainsbury's (8 minutes).

The house has a total of 3 other friendly housemates from Poland, UK, and Ireland. Good size living room and you will be sharing the toilet with one more person as there are two en suite rooms in the house. There is also one spare room, which is free for housemates to have friends or family stay over as long as you are respectful of letting others' know in advance.

Bills are roughly ‚ £60-70 a month (council tax, electricity, broadband, tv, landline).
There is a £95 one off agency fee (for references).

The house comes fully furnished, there is a relaxed atmosphere, and the landlord lives next door which is handy if anything needs to be fixed or sorted.
