Monday to Friday ONLY room, North Greenwich

Looking for a chilled out, tidy, cat-friendly lodger. Move in from September 7th, and stay for 2/3/4 nights a week (rent £450/£550/£650 pcm respectively).

Perfect for someone arriving in London Monday morning and heading out of the city to their permanent home on Friday, who wants a tranquil, calm place for the week.

I'm offering the room with bills included. The apartment is in a block completed in 2017 no more than 10 minutes' walk from North Greenwich station.

It has river views, a generous balcony for enjoying your morning coffee (some people have time for that, right?), a generous bathroom with a great shower, light and airy living space and a well-equipped kitchen (including espresso machine). There is a small double with a memory foam/sprung mattress (apparently very comfy), there’s a big vintage wardrobe in the room plus an old skool school desk (new photos needed). Oh, and the bike now hangs in my room, not this one.

Cat lovers only need apply. Frank the flat with me. He's originally from the mean streets just off the Old Kent Road.

I'm a teacher so need someone who won't mind the sound of me in the shower at 6:00 and respects that I'm heading for bed at 9pm. I'm veggie, though it's not essential you are, if you are veggie or vegan you might feel particularly at home.

The flat is well connected for Greenwich town centre (30 minute walk/two bus stops near by), Canary Wharf (2 minutes from North Greenwich tube) and beyond (9 minutes to London Bridge from North Greenwich). The Jubilee line links to the Overground at Canada Water (4 minutes away). The Thames Clipper operates every 20 minutes from the pier an 8 minute walk away, or if you prefer the Emirates cable car, we've got that too to link you to the DLR north of the river.

The room is available for 3 months minimum in the first instance.
