Beautiful double room to rent!

Hi guys,
My name is Miriam and I'm looking for a new flatmate for this beautiful, bright, two bedroom, two bathrooms flat, since my current flatmate is moving to Scotland.
The flat is located in North Greenwich(GMV), and is about 13 mins walking distance to North Greenwich tube station. Alternatively, there’s a bus stop in front of the house that will take you there in 3-5 minutes.

I have been living here for 8 years now so I really call it home rather than just a place to stay and I'd like to find someone with similar views.
I'm looking for a professional who is busy with their work, who minds their own business but wouldn't say no to occasional chat /drink/dinner... I’d name it "not a complete stranger relationship".
Preferably around similar age or older… someone who goes well with Capricorn 😉

I work in hospitality, so leaving early in the morning, back home around 5-6pm. Classic routines of quick dinner, work out if I'm not lazy and chill before bed...

There is Tesco express, Co-op and off licence on your way home from the station. If you need to do big shopping, there is huge Asda, Lidl, Sainsbury's, M&S and lots of others just about 15 min walk. The neighborhood is really nice, clean, with lots of parks, running and cycling lines by the river, which lead all the way to Greenwich or to Woolwich in the opposite direction.

Pictures were taken before my current flatmate moved in, so the flat now contains bits and pieces that she will be taking away with her.
