Hey, my flatmate is leaving so there is a space for a lovely person to join me in an amazing flat.
Its a vvv short walk to the nearest tube (under 5mins) and a short walk into Greenwich main town which is lovely!
The flat has access to a gym, cinema, pool and roof terraces.
17th November is the move in date.
Bit about me:
I am 32 year old female, working in London Bridge 5 days a week. I am in a few nights of the week and out a few. Inside the flat I enjoy cooking, a glass of wine and some conversation about our days.
I now work for a news company but spent the last 8 years working in TV.

The preferred housemate:
Someone easy-going and relaxed.
It's not really a party pad, and want some courteous about guests and weeknights - the flat is more of a sanctuary.
A person who works in the office full time.
Someone clean is a must!
Just FYI the tenancy is for 5 months.
Bills roughly 180 each on top of and not inc TV licence. I dont have a TV but happy for someone to get one if that want to pick up that cost. (I don't watch)
