Professional couple with a two-bed flat in North Greenwich looking for a short-term lodger for our spare bedroom. My partner is currently helping take care of his mother, so he’s usually only here at weekends.
Ideal stay 2-4 months.
Rent is £650pm, bills included.
About the flat:
* 2-bed, 1 bathroom flat on Greenwich Peninsula with river views
* 10-minute walk from North Greenwich tube station on the Jubilee Line
* Lots of restaurants nearby and 2 small supermarkets for essentials a very short walk away
* We have a cat called Sidney. He’s a very typical cat - bit grumpy, doesn’t like too much fusing but loves to play when not sleeping.
* I work two days a week in the office (Tues and Thurs), the other three days from home, and generally stay home in the evenings although I am trying to get my ass to the gym more often!
No parties or house guests allowed!
