Hey all, I’m Ryan - single young professional looking for a laid-back, fun, and responsible flatmate. I live in a premium apartment building connected to the Intercontinental so you’ll have access to an incredible pool and gym.
Availability is officially from September 5th but there may be flex.
The apartment itself is a 2 bed 2 bath - spacious and open, with lots of natural light, a balcony, and views of Canary Wharf with the O2 right on our doorstep. You will have your own bathroom, and a spacious double room with a king sized bed. We also have centralised air conditioning and heating, integrated washer/dryer.. basically everything a modern flat can offer!
Bills aren’t included but will amount to £267 monthly, and will be inclusive of council tax, electric, water, cleaning every 2 weeks, internet etc.
