A very spacious double-room in an ideal Greenwich location - only minutes away from North Greenwich station (Zone 2) and Maze Hill (Zone 3). Everything you need is within walking distance, on top of great transport links!

The room has a spacious desk and plenty of storage: 2 kallax units, 2 long shelves, 2 under-bed drawers, a wardrobe and plenty of extra free space throughout the room. Desk chair has wheels and offers full-back support, and there's a brilliant south-facing window with a thin white curtain to let the light in all-day and blackout curtains for the night time.

This room is on the ground floor and faces the house’s front yard, so it is a few meters away from our very quiet street.

On the photos, you can see the downstairs bathroom and the beautiful kitchen-living room facing our lovely backyard. The house has a second bathroom on the first floor.

The rent for the room is £650 per month. Electricity and gas are NOT included. Wifi, water, TV licence and council tax are included in the rent.

You would be sharing the house with 3 other girls who are a mix of students and professionals. We are relatively quiet and, for the most part, occupied with our daily activities but like a nice chat while cooking and occasionally go for a walk or plan something together.

We are looking to share the hosue with someone who is friendly and clean. Also, ideally someone who works during the day/ or regular office hours, because the house is not very soundproof.
