A large double bedroom with a family-sized bathroom is available in a spacious two-bedroom new build. The flat is located in Greenwich, less than 5 minutes from Charlton station, an 8-minute bus ride away from North Greenwich and The O2 and close to many more local attractions.

The heart of Greenwich is only a short bus ride away, and there are lots of shops (including Sainsbury's, M&S, Lidl, Nando's and IKEA) all 5 – 10m away. The flat is within walking distance from Charlton Park, the lido and not too far from Greenwich Park, plus lots of local coffee shops and chains. Plenty of bike parking is available. Street parking is available on many of the roads nearby.

The room comes furnished and has a table suitable for WFH use. Most of the furniture in the flat is brand new. There's a shared balcony space connected to the living room, a washer-dryer and a dishwasher.

One other room in the flat is occupied with a tidy, quiet professional. Ideal candidates would be friendly, tidy, responsible and considerate.

Bills are included for a baseline amount. Any excessive use will be charged for.

PLEASE NOTE: the room is available for up to 6 weeks initially but I'm happy to discuss options for longer periods of time in the future. Options to rent for shorter periods of time will also be considered.
