Short Term 7 Week Let in furnished 1 bed flat

The location on the map is wrong for some reason, the flat is located a 5minute walk from the O2, next to the Thames, on John Harrison Way.

This is a 2 bedroom flat with one of the rooms being used for storage while i am away. You will have the remainder of the flat to yourself, effectively this will be a 1 bed flat. Price includes all bills.

The flat is available from 24th August to 12th October. I need to move out for 7 weeks and as such I'm offering this as a short term let and it will not be possible to extend beyond the 12th October.

The flat comes fully furnished. It has underfloor heating, fast internet and all appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The photos will not match what you see exactly if you view it, as the bedroom is being repainted and new wardrobes are being put in as we speak but these will be complete by the time we hold viewings. The bathroom has also had a new rain shower fitted.

Key Points:
The move in date (24 August) can flex by a few days, but the flat is not available before that date. The Move out date is October 12th.
We may consider a tenancy a few days shorter than this but the place is not available for a significantly shorter period.
We have a preference to let to somone who has viewed the place and who we have met.
We want profession tenants ideally, esp given its such a short term let.
We will be holding addition viewings on Tuesday and Wednesday (19th & 20th)
