Hey, I’m Harrison, I’m looking for a replacement flatmate as my current flatmate is moving to be closer to their family. The price per month is 1168 not including bills. Included in this price are several amenities:

24-hour concierge
Events put on for residents

Bills are roughly £200 per month.
There is a deposit of about £1,302.33 (since the other rooms are more expensive but we split the deposit equally.

The room has great views of the river. There is a shared bathroom with one other room that doesn’t have an ensuite. There is an independent thermostat for every room in the apartment.

The apartment is situated on one of Greenwich Peninsula's prime riverside spots, offering stunning views of the river and Canary Wharf and is not to be missed. Interiors have been specially designed and curated by a team of professionals to create a modern, stylish and contemporary feel. The reception room is spacious and has large floor-to-ceiling windows allowing for tonnes of natural light and stunning river views to flood in and is open plan to a fully built-in, marble-topped kitchen with high-spec appliances. The bedrooms have pure wool carpets. The bathrooms are ultra-stylish with marble finishes and underfloor heating. A large private balcony provides outside space for room to take in the amazing views (from the estate agent). The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building and has great views of the Thames. The apartment is an arrow shape pointing towards the Thames, it’s got a great spot to watch the world go by. The room has built in storage.

The nearest station is North Greenwich which is a 2 minute's walk away from the apartment door.

Who lives here? Harrison (29, Software Engineer working at a Fintech start-up) and Joanna (31, Legal Department at media company).

Who do we want to move in? A professional of a similar age, who does not smoke, is respectful/clean, does not make a lot of noise, they get along with and are looking to stay long term. We’d be looking for someone to move in on the 8th of March.
