Hey, I’m Harrison, I’m looking for a replacement flatmate as my current flatmate is moving to be closer to their family. The price per month is 1168 not including bills. Included in this price are several amenities:

Bills are roughly £200 per month.
There is a deposit of about £1,302.33 (since the other rooms are more expensive but we split the deposit equally.

The room has great views of the river. There is a shared bathroom with one other room that doesn’t have an ensuite. There is an independent thermostat for every room in the apartment.
The apartment is situated on one of Greenwich Peninsula's prime riverside spots, offering stunning views of the river and Canary Wharf and is not to be missed. Interiors have been specially designed and curated by a team of professionals to create a modern, stylish and contemporary feel. The apartment is an arrow shape pointing towards the Thames, it’s got a great spot to watch the world go by. The room has built in storage.

Who do we want to move in? A professional of a similar age, who does not smoke, is respectful/clean, does not make a lot of noise, they get along with and are looking to stay long term. We’d be looking for someone to move in on the 8th of March.
