Hello! We are looking for a lovely person to join our friendly household in 2025. You’ll be taking over the last 2 months of a 1 year contract and signing on for another year on 01 April. Our current housemate is moving out to buy.

- Bills: (per month) Three 5G WiFi, CT, water, electricity, heating and hot water average as £130-160 GBP, depending on time of year.
- Deposit: £870 GBP kept in a secure deposit scheme
- Landlord references (proof of income and employment) required.

The room:
Large double bedroom with en-suite on the second floor, with a separate staircase. It comes furnished with a double mattress & bed frame and triple wardrobe with mirror. The en-suite has a built in shower cubicle with shower screen, toilet and sink, and a large double mirrored vanity above the sink. There are 2 spacious cupboards, 1 within the bedroom area, and 1 within the bathroom. Both are perfect for additional storage, and are easily accessible.
The house:
The 3-bed townhouse is situated in a quiet part of Greenwich Millennium Village. It is spread across 3 floors, with a communal kitchen with adjoining dining & living area on the ground floor. There is a guest toilet and plenty of storage.
Please note: We use Three 5G data wifi (because the way this house was built restricts us from having fibre broadband) which has a temperamental connection making remote working difficult, especially if your work requires video calls or downloading large files. We think it would suit someone who doesn’t work remotely because our connection isn’t 100pc reliable.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The house was a paved front and back garden. The back is south facing and perfect for sunbathing, BBQs or relaxing in the summer. The garden connects to a secure communal residence area.
There is 1 parking space available in a secure underground car park which is shared between the house: visitors or for personal use.
The area:
The townhouse is a 12-15 minute walk or short bus ride to the o2 venue and North Greenwich underground station (Jubilee Line). There is a bus stop <1 minute away with direct services to Stratford, Charlton, Woolwich, Greenwich, Lewisham, Bexley areas and beyond. There are three retail parks nearby, co-op locals, off-licences, pharmacies as well as an Odeon cinema and IKEA moments away.
Us:
We are two professionals working in Heritage and as a Nanny/Housekeeper. Our hobbies include film, learning languages, gardening, arts and crafts and gigs and dancing. We are very tidy, respectful of each other’s space, and our working hours. We are independent but enjoy catching up in the kitchen whilst making dinner, or going to see a film together.
You:
We care about creating a home where everyone feels relaxed and safe, so we are looking for a similarly-minded, responsible, communicative and mature person to join us. We take it in turns to clean communal areas in the house and looking for someone who will participate in maintaining the space.
