Room for Sub-Let: Summer - North Greenwich, London

I'm looking for someone to sub-let my ensuite room in North Greenwich.
The room is available from 1st September till October 28th, though the dates have room for negotiation with enough notice. The room itself is a full ensuite with ample storage, a desk, a king-size bed and a window that opens with a view of the O2 and Canary Wharf. The kitchen is shared with 1 other flatmate and has a fridge, a freezer, 4 burners, one oven, one microwave, a dishwasher and a dining room table. There is ample storage for any kitchenware and utensils, though the place does come furnished with these. There is a storage cupboard with a washer/dryer and a vacuum cleaner.

The accommodation is a 10 minute walk from North Greenwich station which is served by the Jubilee line (which has night tube). It takes 20 minutes to get most places in central London. The flat has access to an onsite gym. The block has concierge present from 8am-8pm daily. The flat is a two minute walk away from the nearest Co-Op, and a 15 minute journey to a bigger Sainsbury's. The flat is in a secure location, requiring key fob access to get into the flat and then a key to get into the flat itself.

I am asking for £1250 per calendar month excluding bills (what I currently pay) but am willing to negotiate. Bills would be split with my flatmate, and this would include high speed broadband, heating, and water. I am happy to provide virtual or real life tours as well. My flatmate is extremely friendly and will often be around.
