Hi I’m looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease at iQ Flinders House (from 30 June to 31 August). It’s a student apartment but it’s no problem if you’re not a student.

My room is a full-equipped private studio, including private bathroom, the private kitchen zone, closet, and ofc the bed and the desk. If you take it, I’m happy to give out free utensils, various cookware, an IKEA chair, an IKEA rack, various stationeries and other accessories/items.

The apartment is 25-min away from Waterloo and Westminster by underground.
The monthly rent is 220£. The original is 340£ pw. The location is perfect for communication and living: 8-min walk to the North Greenwich underground station and the O2 stadium; 3-min to the Greenwich Ecological Park. The front of the apartment is a big grassland and the back is the beautiful Thames River. Perfect for outdoor activities! Grocery stores like Tesco, Coop, Aldi, Lidl are also in this neighbourhood. IKEA , ODEON, Asda are also in short-walk distance.
The apartment is 24/7 security guarded and the staff are all responsible and friendly.
Laundry room and free gym are at the G Floor.
