Looking for new housemate ! North greenwich

My name is Charlotte and my housemate’s name is Christy. We’re looking for a new housemate to replace our friend who’s leaving to live with their boyfriend ! It’s a 3 bed flat in north greenwich . It’s a 10 minute walk from the jubilee line. The rent would be 870 - bills not included . There is a one off fee of 50 pounds from the agent to change the contract . About us - We’re both 24. I’m a junior doctor and Christy works ins finance in canary wharf . Christy works from home 2 days a week , where as I always work outside the house . We both enjoy chilling , going for nice meals / drinks and the odd night out . We’re looking for a housemate who’s friendly , clean and sociable and someone who would want to be friends !
