Double Room w/balcony - short term allowed

I’m looking for someone to take over the last 2 months of my contract - you can extend it if you want after it ends but you don’t have to.

Fully furnished, double room in North Greenwich with its own balcony facing the Thames, across a park and close to North Greenwich station - Jubliee line (12 min walk) and the o2.

4-bedroom, 2–bathroom house. No living room and professional cleaner once a month.

The flatmates are all very chill, everyone’s quiet and to themselves but very friendly and clean.

All bills included except electricity which is £22 a month.

Flexible with moving dates so let me know what’s needed for you.

The rent will go up to £975 if you decide to extend the contract on 1st Oct. I am discounting it for the remaining 2 months as there is scaffolding outside of the building.
