Double bedroom in Charlton

Hey! I’m Kieran and I’ve just finishing renovating my Victorian flat in Charlton.

The flat is over 2 floors and access to a garden. The bedroom is on the first floor looking out onto the garden. The flat has 2 bathrooms a separate living area and dining room/kitchen.

I have a indoor cat who is called Peaches so you’ll need to make friends with her!

The last 3 years I have more or less rebuilt the whole property and now having another floor added on it feels a little big for just me.

About me, I am a Hairdresser by trade and I’m very fortunate that I own a salon locally in the area and always looking for more business adventures! I like a very clean/ tidy home and a quiet place where i can relax. I have what I’d consider a minor issue of buying furnishings for the flat. So you’d have to excuse the change around of items from Homesense. I’m very laid back and just enjoy a quiet life. I rarely go out clubbing and I like a peaceful night in so no parties please 😊 (unless it’s small and done by midnight)

My future housemate, I’d like them to be clean and tidy. Help out with keeping the house clean. But if anything someone nice and relaxed. If you like to go out 3 times a week and come home early mornings, then maybe you need to find another place! If you like gardening even better because I seem to make everything die in the garden! Must like cats and make sure Peaches stays inside. Working from home is all fine if it’s part time as I’m usually working from home some days too.

I have so many gadgets for the kitchen, both bathrooms have heated toilet seats and the main bathroom is for you to use unless guests are in the house or I’d like a bath as upstairs is a shower room. Washing machine/ tumble dryer/ sky tv, Netflix, Amazon tv.

All bills are included and in the winter I run the heating all the time as I don’t want Peaches to get cold!
