I am relocating and therefore looking for someone to take over the contract, which runs until July 12th, 2025.

It has a big open-plan kitchen, a toilet and laundry room on the ground floor, a living room with a balcony, and three bedrooms with one shared bathroom between the other two bedrooms on the first floor.

There are various bus stops nearby, and North Greenwich tube station is a 19-minute walk through a lovely park.
About the rent:
The rent is £1,250 per month plus bills. The landlord requires 6 months’ rent upfront, the payment should be made on the 12th of September. The deposit is £1,875. March, April, May and June you will be able to pay on a monthly basis.
About the current tenants:
You will be living with two lovely girls, Mina and Ella, both third-year students. The new tenant should preferably be a student since they don’t pay council tax (unless you want to pay it).
