I am looking for a female tenant for a beautifully furnished flat, with big balcony and great views. The room has a double bed, that you can fold if you wish to have more space, and you will have your own bathroom, it’s is available immediately, preferable I am looking for a long term female tenant.

Flat is located in modern neighbourhood, close to Charlton train station, from where you can get in 17 min to London Bridge. One block away from 5 major supermarkets, many shops and food places. It’s also 30 min walk to the O2 and jubilee line, Greenwich park and Cutty Sark.

The flat is very big (90sq metres), and you will share it with just one other female flatmate, who has her own bathroom. So three rooms + living room with big terrace and two bathrooms to be shared just between two people, that’s quite luxurious for London:)

The room is fully furnished and costs £1,200 + bills.
