Spacious room in a modern flat in Greenwhich

Hi!

We’re Tomas & Anna, and we are looking for a single tenant (not couples) for a very spacious room in our beautiful fully furnished flat with big balcony, great view and many plants! The Room is available from 14 December onwards, for either long term 1 year+ or short term (minimum 2 months).

Located near Charlton train station, from where you can get in 17 min to London Bridge. One block away from 5 major supermarkets, many shops and food places. It’s also 30 min walk to the O2 and jubilee line, Greenwich park and Cutty Sark.

The flat has 3 rooms (in total 90sq metres), the second room is rented to a lovely young professional girl who has her own bathroom. We are moving abroad, but temporarily in this third room we are going to keep some of our things.

The room costs £ 1,300 for rent + 150 for bills, and offers:
- Double bed
- Wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers
- ensuite bathroom
- desk and shelves
