References, deposit and ID required. Looking for easy going, and respectful person like us. Age not important. Secure parking is available to rent at fairly low cost just behind the building if required. Rolling month by month contract. Initially short term with potential for longer term.

Minimum term 1 month. There is a possibility that the house will be up for sale and you will receive a minimum of 2 months notice if and when it sells. Because of the sale the person will need to keep the studio clean and tidy and bring as few belongings as possible hence the reduced rent that includes all bills.
