Double Room w/ Separate Bathroom North Greenwich

Hello!

This is a furnished modern two bed flat with two bathrooms, an open-plan living room and kitchen and has two balconies. There's also a free rooftop gym in the flat opposite.

The flat is in the riverside development in North Greenwich, about 15 minutes walk to the Jubilee Line (plus the cable car and Thames Clipper). It's a lovely, quiet and safe area right by the river.

Unfortunately bills are not included, that's about £200-250 extra per month and covers council tax (tax band C), water, electricity, heating and internet.

Since I'm looking for someone on behalf of the agency, the exact details of the deposit and rent are yet to be confirmed but rent will be at most £2,300 (so £1,150 each), but hopefully closer to £2,200 in the end.

Lastly the pictures I've added are from the original listing, and since there's someone living in the room right now it'll be a bit more "lived in" when you come to see it.

I'm a fairly relaxed person who likes to read, watch films and occasionally go out. Depending on the week, I'll work from home between 2-4 days a week.
