The flat is in North Greenwich, about 15 minutes walk to the Jubilee Line (plus the cable car and Thames Clipper). It's a genuinely lovely, quiet and safe area right by the river and I've enjoyed living here for a bit over 2 years!

Rent will be £2,300 (so £1,150 each). Unfortunately bills are not included, that's about £200 extra per month and covers everything (council tax (tax band C), water, electricity, heating and internet).

Lastly the pictures I've added are from the original listing, so it'll be a bit more "lived in" when you come to see it.

I'm a chill person who likes to workout, read, and have the odd movie night. I'd love to find someone who is easy-going and clean, and I know that everyone needs quiet time to unwind (including myself) which is totally fine.
